    *Utk Sup Udon/soba:

    1. 31/2 cawan air

    2. 3 inci kombu- ita ganti dengan wakame

    3. 1/4 cawan souyu (kicap jepon)

    4. 1 sudu kecil gula

    5. 1 sudu kecil serbuk dashi – kalau tak ada boleh gune bonito flakes

    6. sedikit garam

    7. mee udon / mee soba

    8. Utk Topping

    9. Tempura udang, chikuwa, nori, negi, bijan, bonito flake

    (boleh makan dengan cili pedas mengikut citarasa masing-masing)

    Cara-cara:

    1. Rebus kombu dengan air hingga menggelegak dan sehingga kombu kembang (jika gune yg kering).( ita guna wakame dan biarkan wakame didalam) Keluarkan kombu, masukkan serbuk dashi.

    2. Kacau sebati. Masukkan souyu dan gula. Biarkan mendidih dan tutup api.

    3. Rebus udon kering mengikut arahan peket. Goreng tempura udang, chikuwa dan hiris negi nipis.

    4. Cara penyediaan, masukkan udon ke dalam bekas. Curahkan dua senduk sup udon. Susun udang dan chikuwa tempura. Akhir sekali taburkan negi dan juga seaweed. Sedia dhidang.
