    Bahan:
    1 sudu besar minyak zaitun
    2 batang daun bawang
    3 batang cendawan shiitake
    3 helai kubis
    1 batang bokchoy
    2 cawan air
    3 cawan air rebusan daging lembu
    1 inci kunyit (sagat halus)
    1 inci halia (sagat halus)
    1/4 cawan sos kicap
    Turmeric flat ramen OCOC
    Garam bukit
    Sos chili garlic

    Cara:
    1.  Panaskan 1 sudu minyak zaitun dalam periuk sup.Â
    2. Masukkan hirisan daun bawang dan cendawan shiitake.
    3. Masak selama 3 minit. Kacau. Masukkan kubis dan teruskan masak selama 3 minit.
    4. Kemudian, masukkan air, air rebusan daging, sis kicap, kunyit dan halia. Rebus selama 3 minit.Â
    5. Baru masukkan turmeric flat ramen. Kecilkan api sederhana ke api perlahan.
    6. Tutup periuk dan rebus selama 10 minit.Â
    7. Bila ramen dah lembut. Tutup api dan letak dalam mangkuk.Â
    8. Letak sos chili garlic.Â

    Untuk topping boleh letak taugeh celur, daging lembu rebus, bokchoy atau tofu.Â
