    Bahan:
    – 1 sudu minyak kelapa
    – 5 ketul dada ayam (potong dadu)
    – 1 biji bawang besar (potong nipis)
    – 1 inci halia (tumbuk)
    – 1 mangkuk santan segar
    – 2 sudu pes kari Thai
    – Mangga (potong dadu)
    – Segenggam bayam mini
    – Segenggam daun ketumbar
    [Optional: kacang kuda, gajus, keledek]

    Cara:
    1) Letak minyak kelapa dalam kuali. Goreng kilas bawang besar sehingga lembut.
    2) Masukkan bawang putih dan halia. Masak sehingga bau wangi.
    3) Masukkan ketulan ayam. Gaul sehingga hampir masak.
    4) Masukkan pes kari dan gaul selama 3-5 minit.
    5) Bila dah naik bau, masukkan santan dan mangga.
    6) Kalau pekat, tambah air. Biarkan mendidih guna api besar selama 5 minit.
    7) Kecilkan api dan biarkan selama 10 minit. Masukkan bayam dan daun ketumbar.Â

    Tutup api. Siap untuk dihidang.
