    Untuk 4 hidangan

    Bahan-bahan:
    • 6 oren.
    • 5 lobak merah.
    • 1 epal (boleh pilih hijau atau merah)
    • 1 lemon
    • Halia (potong sebesar ibu jari)
    • 1 cawan nenas

    Cara-cara:
    • Kisar semua bahan kedalam juicer/pengisar
    • Hidangkan!
