    Saya kongsikan satu resepi. Saya namakan Fruity Oats. Maryam suka makan ni.

    Bahan-bahan:
    • Regular Oat (suku cawan)
    • Plain Yogurt (suku cawan)
    • Susu kambing (suku cawan)
    • Buah segar (pisang, pic, mangga, oren, apple, kiwi, blueberi)
    • Kekacang (walnut, badam, cashew, pistachio, macadamia)
    • Biji chia

    Cara-cara:
    1. Oat dimasak bersama susu sehingga kembang oat.
    2. Sejukkan setelah masak.
    3. Masukkan ke dalam blender dan kisar. Masukkan buah.
    4. Masukkan ke dalam bekas kosong. Campurkan dengan plain yogurt.
    5. Gaul hingga sebati.
    6. Masukkan kekacang ke dalam hidangan dahulu.
    7. Masukkan campuran oat dan yogurt ke dalam bekas.
    8. Taburkan biji chia (direndam), sedikit buah di atas bersama kekacang sebagai hiasan.
    9. Boleh dimakan terus atau disejukkan terlebih dahulu.
